Age
limits for TSTRANSCO Junior Accounts
Officer Posts
Candidates applying to the Junior Accounts Officer post must
not exceed the upper age of 44 Years and must not be below 18 years as reckoned
on 01-07-2018. The Upper Age-Limit is relaxed up to 5 years for SC/ST candidates
and 10 Years for Physically Handicapped Candidates.
Educational
Qualifications for TSTRANSCO Junior Accounts Officer Recruitment
Candidates interested
to join as Junior Account Officer must have secured First Class B.Com/M.Com
Degree from a recognized University/Institution.

Fee
Candidates contending for the post of JAO are liable to pay
Initial Processing fee of Rs 100/- payable
via online mode.
Apart from Registration Fees, candidates belonging to
General Category are also required to pay Examination Fees of Rs 150/-
Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH category are exempted from
paying any Examination fee.
Selection
Process for TSTRANSCO Junior Accounts Officer Jobs
Applicants who have successfully registered within the
stipulated date will be assessed entirely on the basis of merit obtained in the
Written Exam. Minimum qualifying marks in written exam as follows:

OC: 40%
2.
BC: 35%
3.
SC/ST:
30%
4.
PH: 30%
Exam Pattern
Written Exam will consist of 100 Objective Type Questions divided
into 2 sections. Section-I consist of Subject concerned questions for 80 Marks
and Section-II covers topics related to General Awareness and Numerical Ability
for 20 Marks. Time Allotted for the written Exam is 2 hours.
Brief-Syllabus as follows:
Section-I
1. Accountancy & Advanced Accountancy:
35 Marks
2. Cost and Management Accounting: 25 Marks
3. Auditing: 20 Marks
Section-II
General Awareness and
Numerical Ability: 20 Marks
i) Analytical & Numerical Ability
ii) English Language (Comprehension, passages &
re-arrangement of sentences, Synonyms & Antonyms)
iii General Awareness.
iii) Telangana Movement & State formation
iv) Computer Knowledge
Probationary
Period
Candidates selected will be appointed on a probationary
period of 2 years, first year of which is meant for training under the
jurisdiction of TSTRANSCO.
Service Bond
Selected candidates at
the time of joining shall have to execute a bond to serve TSTRANSCO for a minimum
period of 5 years + one year training period.
