Educational Qualifications for ARO Belgaum Army Recruiting Soldiers GD, Nursing Assistant Recruitment

Candidates interested to serve Indian Army as Soldier must possess the following qualifications:

Soldier General Duty: Passed 10^th class with at least 55 % marks as aggregate.

Soldier Technical: Passed 12^th class with Science Stream (Physics, Chemistry & Maths), having secured 50% marks as aggregate.

Soldier Store Keeper/Technical: Passed 12^th class in any stream (Science, Commerce, Arts) with 50% marks in each subject.

Soldier Tradesman: Passed 10^th class/ITI Diploma

Soldier Nursing Assistant Veterinary: Passed 12^th class with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry & Biology)

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be appointed on a proposed salary Rs.20,200/- 

Other allowances are applicable as per the rules.

Selection Process for ARO Belgaum Army Recruiting Soldiers GD, Nursing Assistant Recruitment Exam 2018

Applicants who have successfully applied within the stipulated time will be assessed on the basis of following parameters:

      1.       Physical Standards:

      2.       Physical Fitness Test: It will involve following activities:

       i) Running Test: 1.6 Km within 5 Mins 45 secs

      ii) Pull ups: Between 6 to 10

      iii) 9 Feet Ditch

      iv) Zig-Zag Balance

     3.       Medical Examination

Candidates qualifying both the Physical Standards and PFT will be subjected to Medical Examination.

     4.       Written Test (Common Entrance Exam )

Written Test will consist of Objective Type questions based on syllabus as per the education standards prescribed for the post.
