Educational Qualifications for NHM Chhattisgarh Consultants, District Manager, Assistant Recruitment

Candidates interested to serve under National Health Mission must possess the following qualifications:

       1.       Consultant (Medical/Non-Medical): Must be a Post-Graduate in the concerned department with 1-3 years of work-experience in the relevant field.

       2.       District Manager: Must have secured M.Sc./MCA/MBA/M.Com as relevant to the Post. One-year of work-experience in the concerned field will be considered desirable.

       3.       Lab Supervisor: B.Sc. Bio-technology/Microbiology with 2 years of work-experience is the essential qualification.

       4.       Lab Technician: Must have passed 12^th Class and pursued Diploma/Certified course in Medical Lab Technology or equivalent course from a recognized Institution.

       5.       Programme Associate: Post-Graduate in Mass Communication with minimum one year of work-experience.

       6.       Sr. Secretarial Assistant: Graduate in any discipline, having secured 50% marks in the overall record.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be appointed on a proposed salary as follows:

1.    Consultant:  Rs 35,000/- to 45,000/-

      2.       District Manager: Rs 35,000/- to 45,000/-

      3.       Lab Supervisor: Rs 21,000/-

      4.       Lab Technician: Rs 14,000/-

      5.       Programme Associate: Rs 34,000/-

      6.       Sr. Secretarial Assistant: Rs 16,500/-
