Primary Responsibilities
· Maintain clear and complete knowledge on Provana’s business operations
· Develop an in depth understanding of how our current and prospective clients operate
· Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
· Oversee social media strategy for the company
· Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
· Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
· Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
· Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
· Analyze sales data, interpret results of overall sales, and devise strategies for market channels and product positioning.
Desired Skills & Experience
· Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
· Experience in ecommerce, Search engine optimization (SEO), Pay-per-click(PPC), Email marketing, and social media concepts and applications.
· 5-7 years prior experience in a digital marketing role
· Business degree in Marketing
· Ability to independently operate and manage ambiguity
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong data analysis skills
· Learning agility which includes the intellectual curiosity necessary to dive into new content areas, as well as comfort in developing new skills.
· Good time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, solve problems under time-constraints, meet deadlines and deliver results.
Salary : 5L to 8L PA
