Must possess a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from a recognised University in the State or any other University recognised by Indian Council of Agricultural Research.

Competitive examination will be in the form of Objective Multiple Choice type and there will be negative marking for every wrong answer 0.33 marks will be deducted.

Written test consists of two papers and total marks is 300. Each paper consist of 150 questions.
