Age Limit for High Court of Gujarat GHC Stenographer Jobs Notification 2018:
For English
Stenographer Grade – I, Gujarati Stenographer Grade – I posts age limit must in
between 21 years to 40 years. For English Stenographer Grade – II, Gujarati
Stenographer Grade – II posts age limit must in between 21 years to 35 years.
Educational Qualification for GHC Stenographer Jobs Recruitment:
1. Qualification for all posts must be graduation in any
discipline from a recognized institute with good academic records.
2. Candidates must have the knowledge of English, Gujarati
& Hindi Languages AND Basic knowledge of Computer Operations.
3. Speed in English Short Hand must be 120 w.p.m. (for
English Stenographer Grade-I posts); Speed in English Short Hand must be 100
w.p.m. (for English Stenographer Grade-II posts).
4. Speed in Gujarati Short Hand must be 90 w.p.m. (for
Gujarati Stenographer Grade-I posts); Speed in Gujarati Short Hand must be 75
w.p.m. (for Gujarati Stenographer Grade-II posts).

How to Apply for English and Gujarati Stenographer Notification :
Candidates must apply
for above posts through On-line mode only.
Steps to submit On-line Application through ‘OJAS’ Module :
1. Fill up all Fields given in Application including
mandatory Fields.
2. Click on ‘Save’ button.
3. Thereafter candidates will get a new pop-up window of
‘Application Number’. Note down that Application Number (e.g.
HCG/201617/46/11111).
4. Thereafter, by entering Application Number and Date of
Birth, candidates should upload scanned photo & signature at relevant space
on the application form.
5. After filling-up all fields of the Online Application
form, he/she is required to ‘Confirm’ the Application.
6. Click on ‘Confirm Application’ Button on the Main Menu.
Then enter Application Number and Date of Birth and then click on the button of
‘Confirm Application’.
7. Thereafter Candidates will get ‘SMS’ conveying his/her
Confirmation Number, on their 'registered' Mobile Number.
