As on 01-01-2020 general candidates' age limits is 18-27
years. For SC/ST candidates 5 years and for OBC candidates 3 years of age

Educational Qualifications for DEO Jobs of SSC CHSL
2019:
10+2/Intermediate from a recognized board of state or
central.
Who are having higher qualifications they are also eligible
to apply for these vacancies. But must have computer knowledge and typing
skills.
Pay Scale:
For Data Entry Operator pay scale is Rs. 5200-20200 and GP 1900/-

Selection for DEO will be held in 3 different stages.
Tier 1 - Written Examination
Tier 2- Descriptive Type Written Exam
Tier 3 -Skill Test / Typing Test
Tier 1 Written Exam Pattern for SSC CHSL Data Entry Operator Jobs:
Written test will consist of objective type 100 questions
and each question carries 2 marks. Written Exam duration is 75 minutes.
Part-1: General Intelligence -50 Marks 25 Questions
Part 2: English Language Basic Knowledge -50 Marks 25

Part 3: Quantitative Aptitude Basic Arithmetic Knowledge -50
Marks 25 Questions
Part 4: General Awareness -50 Marks 25 Questions
For each wrong answer 0.50 negative mark will be deducted.
