Pay Scale for 31 FIELD AMMUNITION DEPOT Firemen, Tradesman Mate Kolkata Recruitment 2016:

Pay scale for Fireman is Rs.5200/- to 20200/- + GP 1900/-

Pay scale for Tradesman Mate is Rs.5200/- to 20200/- + GP 1800/-

Educational Qualification for 31 FAD Tradesman Mate Recruitment 2016: 

For fireman posts matriculation is required.

For Tradesman Mate Matriculation or ITI is required.

Age Limits for 31 FIELD AMMUNITION DEPOT Recruitment 2016: 

For General 18 to 25 years

For OBC Candidates 18 to 28 years

For SC/ST candidates 18 to 30 years

31 FIELD AMMUNITION DEPOT Recruitment Selection Process: 

31 FAD Recruitment will be held in two stages. Physical Measurements test and written test will be conducted.

Physical Measurements for Fireman and Tradesman Mate:

(i) Height - 165 cms (concession of 2.5 cms height shall be allowed for members of schedule Tribes) .

(ii) Chest (Unexpanded) – 81.5 cms

(iii) Chest (On expansion) – 85 cms

(iv) Weight – 50Kgs (Minimum)

Physical Endurance Test for Fireman:

(i) Carrying a man/weight (Fireman lift ) of 63.5 Kgs weight to a distance of 183 meter within 96 secs.

(ii) Clearing 2.7 Mtr wide ditch landing on both feet (long jump)

(iii) Climbing 3 meter vertical rope using hands and feet.

Physical Endurance Test for Tradesman Mate:

(i) 1.5 KM run in 6 Minutes.

(ii) Carrying a weight 50 Kg to a distance of 200 Mtr in 100 Sec.

Those who are qualified Physical Endurance tests, they are eligible to attend the written test.

Written Test procedure for Fireman and Tradesman Mate 31 FAD Recruitment 2016:

Written test will be conducted for 150 marks with 2 hours duration.

Subjects for written test.

1. General intelligence and reasoning- 25 Marks-25 Questions

2. Numerical aptitude- 25 Marks-25 Questions

3. General English-50 Marks-50 Questions

4. General Awareness-50 Marks-50 Questions
