Exam Syllabus and Pattern for the OSSC Vital Statistics Clerk Recruitment 2016:

Preliminary Examination:

Prelims examination will be conducted based upon the applications received. If fewer applications received there is no prelims examination. If more applications received then exam will be conducted.

Syllabus for prelims exam will be General Awareness, Current Events, History, Geography, General Science, Constitution of India, Human Rights and Basic Computer Skills. Questions will be asked from all the above topics.

Paper will be in the standards of High school or 10+2 syllabus.

Mains Examination Syllabus for OSSC Vital Statistics Clerk Examination 2016:

Mains exam will be conducted for 200 marks with two papers, each paper consists of 100 marks. Each paper having 2 sections and every section for 50 marks.
