through online payment. However, the fee can be paid even offline. Online
payment makes easy process. The UBI KV fee can be paid by knowing the login ID
details from the class teacher.
Each ID of a student have unique 15 digit number given by the class teacher. By this process, the student can pay the fee through online. The payment can be paid through online by the Union Bank.

KV Fee
Online payment mode( 24/7): For paying the fee through online
mode, the student needs to login with the unique 15 digit ID and Password given
by the class teacher. The student must give the basic details regarding the
Date of Birth of the student. One must enter the website of the Union Bank
through the link https://epay.unionbankofindia.co.in/kvfee/ . The
online fee can be paid by three modes. They are the following:
1)Internet
Banking: The fee can be paid through internet banking by entering into the
Bank’s web page.
2)Payment
by Debit Card: The fee can be paid by means of Debit card option. In this, the
user has to provide Debit card details and pay the fee for KV. The Debit card
may be of any bank.
3)Payment
by Credit card: The Fee can be paid by using Credit card. The
user has to provide credit card details to complete the process. Credit card
may be of any bank. Minimum charges will apply as charged by the banker.
Specifications for KV Fee:
1)The student needs to provide working mobile number and active
e-mail ID to enable them to give any further information and to contact.
2)There is no necessity to have a bank account with the Union Bank
to pay the fee.
How to download KVS Fee Challan Form:
1)The student must enter into official website of Union Bank.
2)Select online payment procedure.
3)Use the links given by the bank to pay the fee for Kendriya
Vidyalaya.
4)Select either the online mode or offline mode for payment of
fee.
5)Details like Login ID, Date of Birth should be given for online
payment or through challan generation.
6)After providing the details, one may proceed with online payment
or download the challan.
KV Fee payment through offline mode:
The KV fee payment can be made by means of depositing cash challan
by the following way:
1)The challan in triplet should be collected from the teacher.
2)The payment can be made in any of the 3750+ Union Bank branches.
3)Deposit the fee with the Union Bank by submitting the challan.
4)Get 2 copies of the challan drafted along with the transaction
number.
5)Preserve one copy safely and submit one copy to the class
teacher.
