Rally 2020: Indian Air Force
released an official notification inviting young & energetic individuals from
designated districts of the state of Karnataka to participate in the
Recruitment Rally in order to engage as Airmen of Group X Education Instructor, Group-Y Post (Pharmacist) under
the batch 01/2021.
Recruiting Rally scheduled
to take place between 24-02-2020 to 28-02-2020 shall
include Physical Fitness Test, Written Test and Adaptability Test. Candidates
interested provided they meet the basic qualifications and fits the physical
standards can attend the Recruitment Rally at Bangalore, carrying relevant documents.
Selection of candidates to the Indian Air Force Airmen Posts will be on the basis of Written Test, Physical Fitness Test, Adaptability Test and Medical

Educational Qualifications for IAF Airmen Recruitment 2020
Candidates seeking Airmen
jobs under Indian Air Force must have passed 12th class from a
recognized Board having secured minimum 50% marks.
For Education Instructor Posts-Degree with B.Ed or MA /MSc or MCA with B.Ed
For Education Instructor Posts-Degree with B.Ed or MA /MSc or MCA with B.Ed
Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be appointed on a proposed salary of
Rs. 14,600/- during training. Post successful
completion of training, candidates will be hired on a monthly stipend of Rs 26,900/- along with other
allowances.
Selection Process for Indian Air Force Airmen Group-Y Posts Recruitment 2020
Applicants attending the Recruitment Rally shall be assessed on the following parameters:
1. Written test
2. Adaptability Test- 1
3. Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
4. Adaptability Test- 2
5. Medical Examination
Exam Pattern & Syllabus of IAF Airmen Recruitment 2020:
1. Written Test:
Written test shall consist of Objective type questions based on syllabus as per
the educational standards prescribed for the post (12th Standard).
2. Adaptability Test
1:
Candidates qualifying the written test are eligible to
appear for the further stages of recruitment process.
3. Physical Fitness
Test (PFT): It shall include following activities:
-Running: 1.6 km
to be completed in 7 min
-Sit Ups-10
-Push Ups: 10
-Squats: 20
4. Adaptability Test
2:
In this test, candidates will be observed if their able to adapt
the environment of Indian Air Force Academy and adjust to the Military life.
5. Medical
Examination:
Candidates who have qualified Adaptability test 2 will be subjected
to detailed medical examination.
