(Female), Jails Warders (Male) jobs are 267.
1.Jails Warders (Male): 210 Jobs
2.Lady Matrons (Female): 57 Jobs
Qualification for Punjab Jails Warders, Matrons Govt Jobs in Punjab Police Recruitment:
Minimum Qualification must be 12th passed or equivalent
Qualification from a reputed Board / University. Aspirants should have also
qualified matriculation with Punjabi as one of elective subjects.
Age Limit for Punjab Prisons Recruitment Matrons, Warders:
Minimum age limit as on 01st January, 2016 should be 18
years and Maximum age limit should be 25 years. Five years relaxation is there
for SC, ST, Other Backward Classes (OBC).
Pay Scale for Matrons, Warders in Punjab Jails Police Recruitment:
Selected candidates will
get the salary of Rs.10,300/- to Rs.34,800/- per month plus Rs.3200/- grade pay
salary.
Selection Process for Punjab Prisons Recruitment:
It will be through PMT (Physical Measurement test), PST
(Physical Screening test) as well as merit.
