CGPSC Age limits for Civil Judge Recruitment 2020:

As on 01-01-2020 candidates lower age limit is 21 years and upper age limit is 35 years.

Upper age limit for SC/ST/OBC and women candidates 10 years.

Mains Written Examination:

Those who are qualified prelims examination they are only eligible for the Mains Examination.

  (i) Framing of issues and writing of Judgment in Civil Cases (Maximum Marks 40)

  (ii) Framing of charges and writing of Judgment in Criminal Cases (Maximum Marks 40)

  (iii) Translation:-

          (1)  English to Hindi-(Maximum 10 marks)

          (2)  Hindi to English-(Maximum 10 marks)

Viva-Voce:- Having regard to the number of vacancies, relatively more meritorious candidates from among those who appeared in the Main Examination shall be called in the ratio of 1:3 for the viva-voce. The maximum marks for viva-voce would be 15.

Pay scale of Civil Judge is Rs.27700-44770/-

Examination fees for CGPSC Court Civil Judge Recruitment-2020:

For all the candidates examination fee is Rs.300/- for candidates belongs to other than Chhattisgarh State is Rs.400/-. There is separate fee for mains and preliminary examination.
