Officers pay scale is Rs.9300/- to 34800/- +GP 4600/-
Required Qualifications for UPSC EPFO EO/AO Recruitment 2020:
Essential: Degree from any recognized university.
Desirable: (i) Five years Bachelor’s degree in
Law/Integrated/Masters in Business Administration/Post Graduate Diploma in
Management/ Chartered Accountant/ Company Secretary/Cost & Management
Accountant.
(ii) Two years experience in
Administration/Accounts/Legal Matters in any government or Listed-Private Organization.

The candidate's upper age limits is on 30 Years. For
SC/ST 5 years and for OBC candidates 3 years of age relaxation is given.
