Pay Scale for Gujarat Bin Sachivalay Clerk, Office Assistant Recruitment 2019:
Pay Scale is Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/- with Grade pay of Rs.1900/-
Age Limits for the Gujarat SSSB Bin Sachivalay Clerk, Office Assistant:
The candidate's age limits are 18-33 years. Age relaxations are applicable for the
reserved candidates and women candidates as per government norms of Gujarat up to

Written Examination Pattern and Syllabus for Bin Sachivalay Clerk, Office Assistant Recruitment:
Written Test conducted in two papers.
Paper 1: Written test will be conducted for
200 marks with two hours duration.
There is 0.25 negative marking for each wrong answer.
Paper 1 will consists of 6 topics.
1. Gujarati Literature and History-Marks
2. Gujarati Grammar-25 Marks
3. English Grammar-25 Marks
4. Current Affairs in India and Gujarat, General
Knowledge, Aptitude Quantitative techniques-50 Marks
5. Knowledge of computer usage-25 Marks (For

6. Indian administration and Constitution-50 Marks
Paper 2:
Computer Proficiency Test:
This test will be conducted for 100 marks with 90 minutes
duration.
Computer Proficiency Test consists of 3 types.
1. Gujarati Typing Test
2. English Typing Test
3. Computer practical test on usage of computer and
about knowledge of computer (MS Office, Excel-Spread Sheets with Arithmetic
functions, Power Point, Error/Spell checking)
